Hi All,
Has anyone come across a situation where Org A has acquired Org B, both of them are in Office 365, how do we enable GAL Sync + Free/Busy sharing information.

There is no built-in solution for contacts/GAL sync, but yes, there are 3rd party ones - look them up online.
