Marking Office 365 Documents and Email as Formal Records

 

If you're serious about records management and need to mark email and documents as formal company records, you can use the Office 365 Records Management system and special forms of retention labels for the task. Two types of labels exist, and the regulatory record label type stops any further update to items.
