Make an Office 365 User in Hybrid Environment
Hello, I have activated a full hibryd configuration with office365 and AD Connect active. I found myself a user already in office365 and I see him as a user contact not an Office365 user. the user already has a mailbox in Office365, how canI make it "Remote MailBox User" or Office365 user

This is the expected behavior for any cloud-created mailboxes, if you want them to display as remote mailboxes you need to fiddle with the attributes of the corresponding on-premises object, if any.
