Mails Not found in Inbox and not in Quarantine either

I have this issue where some mails sent to me leave the senders outbox but don't get to my inbox. Checking the quarantined mails and there are not there either.

 

How do I resolve this issue and know where these mails are going to?

    As Pavel mentioned start with a message trace. There are a variety of things that could be happening here like a mail rule moving the messages, or a transport problem.

    In my opinion you can perform a message trace to see where the emails are going.
