Mailbox permissions lost

Question

Some days ago, I was able to give permissions on mailboxes to other users on a hybrid Exchange configuration (local Exchange 2010).

Now (possibly after removing the hybrid Exchange connectors), I still can assign permissions:

but later, after closing and reopening, the permissions are gone:

My question:

Any idea what might be the cause and how to resolve?

Just looked again into the user to find this:

So not only my initial settings are visible, but also those from multiple tries before.

To me it seems that there are tons of servers that store my settings and the editing process pulled from another one than the storing process.

When waiting some time, all servers eventually synced and now all my settings are available from all servers again.
