Mail flow - How to stamp notification message in end of email body
Mail flow - How to stamp notification message in end of email body
prepend works but append adds the message at the end of email, not in the end of email body
- Hi Marvin Oco
You would need a third party signature app such as Exclaimer or Code Two to be able to do this. The native disclaimer in Office 365 will only add it to the end of the email - organisations typically want it at the end of every email in the email string.
Exclaimer: https://www.exclaimer.co.uk/exclaimer/cloud
Code Two: https://www.exclaimer.co.uk/email-signature/manager
To note, with the native 365 disclaimer, it's by design so the third party app is necessary here.
Hope that answers your question

Hi Marvin,
To add signatures right under the reply and not at the bottom of the email thread, you need a third party tool like CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365.
Here you can get more info about the application https://www.codetwo.com/email-signatures/ and here about the feature itself https://www.codetwo.com/email-signatures/replies-and-forwards.
The application also comes with a free 14-day trial if you would like to give it a try.
All the best,
Adam
