I’m using office 2019 pro plus. Macros doesn’t work in excel file.

Eric (Supervisor in Microsoft) try to fix it by remote session yesterday but he can’t fix it.
I have office 2019 pro plus, My agents send me skill matrix form of excel file. When I click on macros, it’s no any action or error message, same file when I open in my friends computer no any issue.
