loosing email to a particular mailbox relay from o365 to on prem ex 2016

We have o365 relaying to our on premise exchange 2016 works for most mailboxes 

1 however I see mail in o365 showing as delivered to on premise exchange, but in 

the exchange command line it only show local email addresses in the from , no externals IE the ones that showed delivered in  o365 mail flow. Where can I find a
