Locking student pages in ClassNotebook

I have recorded audio on student's pages with feedback on their work.  Please can you advise if students are able to play the audio file when the page is locked. 

Also, can pages be locked permanently or only when reviewing?  If they cannot be locked permanently, how do I prevent a student from deleting my feedback?
