Locked out of Office 365
Recently our company has been taken over by another company. The new company setup a new Office 365 account. They set it up gave us the password and left town. The password that they left us does not work. The recovery options they set up are not being monitored (they did not give us access to that.)
I know the first answer would be to contact them to get access to the recovery options. However they are not responding to our request. They are no longer associated with the company.
I do have a copy of last month's invoice. Is there any way that we can get the password recovered?

One to raise to Microsoft support, I'm sure there will be some procedure to regain admin to a tenant.
Indeed, call support, explain to them that there is no single person able to login with admin access to the portal currently. You will have to go over a somewhat lengthy verification process, but support has the option to elevate another user to GA, or create new GA account altogether.
