Locate Meeting Rooms from Mobile Phone
We want to book conference rooms(Office 365 meeting rooms) directly from a mobile phone, locate rooms visually on office maps, and get to the place with Google-Map-like real-time indoor navigation.
Is there any solution from Microsoft to achieve real time room booking/navigation features?

You should try Power Autonate (Flow). With Power Automate you can deploy flows to any device, making a booking a one click solution.
Room Feature Cards will be deployed in january, maybe this is the navigation solution you're searching for.
