Local office account redirected to numeric outlook.com account

Hi. I've been redirected to this forum by microsoft support.

I have a local work account with an on-premises exchange mailbox associated, which doubles as my office 365 account.

Being unable to install a salesforce outlook plugin, i was redirected by ms support to do a repair install of my local office 2019. After the repair install, i tried to install the salesforce plugin again, and, in the process the local account was automatically associated with a numeric outlook.com account that i've not created, nor used.

Now, anytime i want to install a plugin on my local outlook, i'm redirected to an owa web of that numeric outlook.com, and i can't install any plugin locally.

Anybody can help me?. MS support is offering no help.
