Local Accounts Hidden After Azure AD Join

So after one of the most recent windows updates i no longer have the ability to access local account on a windows 10 Laptop after its been joined to our companies AzureAD.

Is there some sort of trick to signing into a user account on a laptop while the machine has been joined to AzureAD?
