There's no way to configure a preset limit to the number of meetings per day, so you either need to appoint some delegate to manually process the requests, or pre-book specific slots and designate them as "cleanup hours" or something.

Hi andre_emb, there is no option to limit the number of times a user can access a meeting room per day. But you can make use of the PowerShell to limit unwanted booking by delegated access, disable auto accept for specific users, block access to some users and more.
