- i think if you use the information barrier in Microsoft preview you can prevent communication between users under one tenant. check out the below document.

thanks for your kind reply. I am actually looking for something a bit more granular.
This is the scenario:
I have 2 companies in 1 tenant. I want to prevent people from company A from sharing documents with companies B and vice versa.
