Likes and Mentions Internally Hosted
I requested that my organisation enable the Likes and Mentions to our OWA but received this response
- Unfortunately this feature is only available for Microsoft 365 subscribers who host email on Microsoft's cloud service. We currently host email internally, so this can't be enabled. Sorry about that
This seems a bit odd to me that it would be limited to this. Does anyone have any experience enabling this on an internal service?
- Microsoft seems to suggest both likes and mentions are available on Outlook on the web for Exchange Server 2016 (see link below). It may be possible your organization is still using an older on premise version of Exchange Server.
