Let users update their outlook contact information's

Hello,

in our organization we are using Office 365 E1/E3 with Active Directory-sync. How is it possible that our users can update their own (!) contact information's in global address book?

I know there is a way to update the picture with delve but other information's like street, zip code, city, department, company, or numbers are not editable (see screenshot).
