Lag and error code

Office Subscription licensing exception: Error Code: 0x407; CorrelationId: {7D74573A-63FC-48EC-9B79-2FAE9AEDB353}

Can anybody help me? I buy a laptop and preload the office 365, it was normal before this month. For now, it still lags and slows even I restore online. After that, I open the Microsoft Management Console and figure out the above error code. How can I solve this error?
