Keyboard shortcuts do not work.

 Hello
I have Excel365. Keyboard shortcuts do not work. I've looked at all the options and have not found a way to enable shortcuts

    Is it the excel desktop version or Online?
    Mac / PC?
    Do you have laptop keyboard? In that case try use the shortcuts with Fn + shortcut, and see if that works

        Press Win + R, type " excel /safe" and press Enter. If it works in safe mode, please check if you have any add-ins in excel
