Junk email flagging indicates "You can't report junk from a sender in your own organization"
We're using 365 basic with the Outlook Web App. So when a spam message comes into my Inbox, and trying to flag it as spam and get rid of it, I get this dialog. These are NOT from our organization. ...

How does one open a support ticket?
There is no option in the Outlook Help or settings.
