I may related to many factors, would suggest to check on below:
- Switch to New Outlook: If feasible, try using the New Outlook or Outlook Web App, they’re better optimized for Copilot.
- Disable Copilot and test
- Check for Add-in Conflicts: Disable non-essential add-ins to reduce startup load.
- Monitor CPU Usage: Use Task Manager to identify spikes and isolate problematic processes.
