Is it possible to move the Search Box in Outlook to another position ?

Hello, We found that the Search Box was moved into the title bar of our desktop Outlook 365. Is it possible to change its position ? Cheers

Nope. Although they've gone through several iterations on this, so it might change in the future.

Zidong_NIE Our school district just moved to Office365 ProPlus 2008, and I REALLY dislike the search box above the ribbon also.

i have developed a way of myself to make a little better ;

1. put the frequent search options on top quick bar;
2. set my own tab including all my favourate search options ;
3. use the drop down list ;

  Those are workarounds. Most of the time the search window does not open, it closes on hover, or something causes an error and it window closes before you can move your mouse.
  
  It would be nice if there a feature to move the open search window to the ribbon - but these is not

    can't agree more ! the search ribbon hides automatically is really boring !
    the developers only keep in mind "changing users" not "serving users " !
