Is it possible to move the Search Box in Outlook to another position ?

as a temporary workaround, I added some search buttons to the Quick Access Toolbar (in my case I added 5 buttons that cover 95 % of my search options - as shown in the video) and I moved it below the ribbon. this way, when I need to run an email search (as an example):

1.  I select the inbox or sent folder
2. I click the buttons, one by one and I type my search keys (you can see that once I click on a search button, the Search bar becomes active, meaning you can type on it at that moment
3. the good thing is that the mouse pointer can stay on the Quick Access Toolbar while I type the keys on the top search bar, so you can add additional search options with minimal mouse movement. This way I am almost back to the same search speed I had before this useless interface change. I just need to use this so often that my movements become mechanical again
