Is it possible to have more than one manager?

In the company I'm working at, some of the employees have more than a manager.

 

In Office 365, I can only put one manager so far as you can see below

 

 

Is there a way to put a second manager?

    There is no way in Azure AD to have more than a single manager. A variety of Office 365 systems are built around that field only having a single identity in it. You can always use a custom attribute to specify a secondary manager however; it just won't be used in the same way by Office 365.
