Is it possible to clear Frequent Sites (SharePoint) in "Save as" in Word?

I would like to reset/clear Frequent sites i the "Save as" dialog (and "Open") in Word, Excel etc. Is that possible? The same goes for "Following" which does not clear Team sites that I have stopped ...
