Your plan is not the issue, but your expectations might be 🙂 Running the Start-ManagedFolderAssistant cmdlet does not actually run the assistance, it "signals" it to process the mailbox when possible. It can still take a while, up to a week in O365. You can check the last processing date as some other statistics as detailed here: https://www.itprotoday.com/email-and-calendaring/behind-scenes-managed-folder-assistant
