In Categories the colors are missing

After upgrading a computer from Win8.1 to Win10, and upgrading Office from 2010 to 365, almost everything is working correctly except Categories. Each Category I developed is there, but regardless of the default "red", "blue", etc categories or custom one, they are all white and I can't see any colors to select one. What happened to the colors themselves? In case it makes a difference, this particular computer, Settings, Ease of Access, Display is about 50% and Make everything bigger is 150%. But I don't see how that would make a difference to the colors.
