Import PST to mail enabled 365 group
I would like to import history, which is in a PST to a mail enabled 365 group for member to view.

Define "Mail enabled 365 group"? Distribution/security groups do not have any mailbox associated with them, so no way to import anything. The new Office 365 Groups come with a mailbox, so I assume you mean those. If that's the case, you will need to use some third-party tool, as Outlook does not expose the Import functionality for a Group and there's no way to do it server-side either.
