i can`t Office 365 configuration in outlook 2013 & 2016

I tired to config office 365 account in outlook 2013,2016 on AD user account but unfortunately i can`t and i used auto discover tool also kindly help me to configure very urgent...............!

i tired to configure office 365 login in outlook on AD User ID.its automatically discover username but cannot configure in pc on outlook app(2013 & 2016) and i tired manually configured its also finally error occurred

kindly find the attachment error snap.........?

Hi Sai,

Can you test in https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/ to see what is the error (In Office 365, Outlook autodiscover ?

hi Nuno,

i tired this https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/ test but there is also error occurred kindly find the attachment

  You have any problem on your firewall that receives the autodiscover url, you need to troubleshoot that issue to correct the configuration of Outlook.

    I checked firewall side there opened https 443 port at any level but that also not giving hand to solve this issue
    jst Now tired
    In Outlook Username Discover automatically and Network connection established but did not search the domain
