"I am not able to delete email from O365 Group email box........."
Hey O365 Team,
How can i delete emails from O365 Group mailbox.
Whenever i am trying to delete by right clicking on email.. delete option is disabled.
Note: I tried deleting from Owner of the group account as well but delete option is disabled..
Can anyone please suggest on urgent basis
- A slightly more nuclear option is to use the Content Search In 365 Compliance Centre to search and delete. Alternative you should also also achieve within same portal under Threat Management—> Explorer. Locate the email and delete.
I haven’t tried deleting an email from Group mailbox, but in principal process should be same The message you've selected is "special" one, try creating/sending a new one and deleting it. You can also try from OWA (the webmail), but again, try a different message.
