Hyper links in Outlook Web App emails no longer active

My day to day text emails often contain hyperlinks, and they now some must be carefully manually highlighted/selected to be offered 'Go to web address' , or right-click for other options.

Are only certain hyperlinks not blue and underlined?  I'm testing.

Looks like every hyperlink I test with works.

Why would certain URLs in a line of text be inactive and not displayed as a hyperlink?
