How to sync newly added users in my AD to Office 365 and automatically assign the license

Hi everyone,

 

I work for an IT training firm and constantly add new users in my Windows 2003 Active Directory. Normally, I assign the same licence E3 to them after creating a tenant in Office 365.

 

Is there any way (script) where I can just sync newly added user to Office 365 and assign them the license automatically?

 

What would be the quickest way?
