How to restore a deleted a work sheet?

By mistake I have delete a work sheet and when I tried to restore I press control + z but nothing happened so how can I restore this work sheet again please it’s very important

    Have you try'd the recycle bin? 

     

    Did you delete the Excel from OneDrive or a regular SharePoint Document Library?
