How to disable in-app trials of Project for the web

Per message center update MC465556, users can now start in-app trials for Project for the web.  I would like to disable this.  There's a weblink in this message center update that references how to do this:  https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/commerce/subscriptions/allowselfservicepurchase-powershell?view=o365-worldwide

BUT what is not listed is the projectID that is required for the powershell script to disable AllowSelfServicePurchase for Project for the web.

Also, when I run Get-MSCommerceProductPolicies -PolicyId AllowSelfServicePurchase to see all products, I do not even see Project for the web as an option.

Can anyone help make sense of this?
