How to decrypt only the specific encrypted email in Office365?

I'm putting the [encrypt] in the subject line to encrypt an email however when every time I reply to that email, the email is still encrypted even if i remove the keyword. Would like to know any ways to remove the encryption of the email trail but only the first email kept in encrypted status.
