TonyRedmond Thanks for sharing (as always). I'm just starting to look at these DLPs, there's no need to separate them as ProgID:Media and ProgID:Meeting but can be put together as ProgID:Media.Meeting?
The original version of my policy had three values:
ProgId:Media.Meeting
ProgId:Meeting
ProgId:Media
But then SharePoint Search revealed that the first was enough, so I modified it to use that.
