How to batch convert JPG files to PDF?
I have a large number of JPG images that I need to convert into PDF files. In some cases, each image should be saved as a separate PDF, while in others, I need to combine several images into a single PDF in the correct order.
Doing this manually would take a long time, so I’m looking for a free and reliable method that can handle both tasks efficiently. It would be helpful if it could work offline, and I’m also open to using third-party software.
Could anyone recommend a suitable solution?
Thanks in advance.

A good free and offline option is Xn Convert, which can batch convert JPGs to PDF and handle both scenarios:
- one JPG → one PDF
- many JPGs → one combined PDF
It works on Windows, mac OS, and Lin ux, and you don’t need Microsoft 365 for this.

Quick built-in Windows fallback for combining images into one PDF…
If you only need to combine several JPGs into a single PDF and don’t want to install anything:
- Put all the JPGs you want in a folder and make sure they are named in the correct order.
- Select the JPGs in File Explorer.
- Right-click one of the selected images and choose Print.
- In the printer list, choose Microsoft Print to PDF.
- Choose Full page photo or another layout.
- Click Print, then choose a file name and save location.
This creates one PDF containing all selected images, but it is not practical for creating many separate PDFs.
