How-To add a shared mailbox to the From dropdown?

See the below link for info on how to add a Shared Mailbox into your Outlook client. Please make sure you also have ‘Send As’ permissions on the mailbox.

- Thank you - but the manual does only offer the following steps to send an email
"Click From in the message, and change to the shared email address. If you don't see your shared email address, choose Other email address and then type in the shared email address."
so it's not in the dropdown and one needs to type the address every time...- Hi NicoRotaryCH, you have to add the shared mailbox address manually only once.
After that it will appear in the drop-down list.
Also have a look at RightFrom add-in: https://www.ivasoft.com/rightfrom.shtml.Victor_Ivanidze I would have assumed the same but it doesn't seem to work. I'll have a look at the addin, thank you!
