How set up Windows 10 Family device for Microsoft 365 Business user

Hello,

I would like to upgrade Windows 10 Family to Windows 10 Business with a pro user account having a Microsoft 365 license

When I migrate directly to Windows settings with a user account, I can't go through with it, because the pro account is not recognized (system need a personal account !?!).

Do I have to migrate to Windows 10 Pro using a USB key installation first ?
