How much RAM (memory) is in your work Desktops that talk to O365?

We have all seen Microsofts minimum system requirements and realize that there's minimal requirements and realistic requirements.  I would like to hear from those of you who are already using O365 especially Outlook to read emails.  We plan on using the rich Outlook client on the desktops to read our O365 emails and since it runs in cached mode we heard some companies that are already doing this say it needs more memory.  So what does your standard Desktop configuration look like these days?  We seem to be a bit behind.
