How do I block Microsoft yellow info bar ads?

In Word (Office 365), try disabling "connected experiences".
Go to Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Privacy Options > Privacy Settings, then uncheck "Turn on optional connected experiences"

- This works but unfortunately for TEAMS they still send annoying popup tips that never time out even with "Optional connected experiences" turned OFF.
