How can I know if I am using Outlook.com or Office 365 Outlook? I thought that Office 365 was only online and accessed by a browser. I have a stand-alone Outlook product but the options are only...
I too am struggling with this distinction. I have a paid subscription to Microsoft 365, and yet my Outlook program does not have all the features accessible on the 365 version ie. apps (templates). When I try and use the MS365 version, I cannot receive any emails, and the email address is a string of numbers. I have searched the internet extensively and have not found any successful explanation. I wonder what I am paying Microsoft for if there is no support with this problem?
Have you tried an App PW, similar to what you would need for OutLook on an IPAD?
