how can external user view multiple room mailbox calendar in single view

Question

Since, google is not refreshing ICS calendar , we need alternative calendar app which will all to view multiple calendar in single view.

We have three conference room and external user who want to book anyone need to view availability in single view.

We tried to publish the calendar in sharepoint and share with external however they have to login to sharepoint and site is not anonymous accessible.
