How are contacts shared in O365 Business Essentials?
I'm sure there must be a simple method of sharing a contact, but I'm not finding it. This is using the Outlook on the web application.
Primarily sharing an individual contact between one or more specific users in our company.
Something like 'Share Contact' on an iPhone...
There is a 'Share' for the calendar.

I believe the easiest way to do this via a mobile device running MS Outlook is to enable syncing with the native local address book. You can then share through that application.
