Home Laptop & Work email / Office apps

I have added my work email to my home laptop as my work one is awful, I sign into office with my home account apart from Project and Visio which is with work account

I had to accept that my device can be managed, but I thought this was only for minimum security requirements etc

Can my organisation see my browsing history, home files, pics etc?

If so I will remove this from my home laptop and phone as I have banking info, family pics etc and I really do not want this available
