Home 365 Subscription for club

Hello,

I belong to a club. This is the link to the club Website

We would like to purchase one subscription of Microsoft 365 Home for a select group of members. Is this allowed? Does the subscription have any restrictions that would prohibit us from doing this?

    Hi Saga,
    As the EULA states, O365 Home may not be used for commercial, non-profit or other revenue generating activities. As I read it, any use outside of your typical personal use is prohibited. Please see attachment.

      jla13 Thank you. Much appreciated your feedback. I looked for "microsoft 365 home license", but the EULA never came up. Thanks for posting this information. Saga.
