Hiding the 'Favorites' and other folders with MFCMAPI, Outlook web. Favorites not found in MFCMAPI.
Can someone with experience using MFCMAPI suggest where the Favorites folder is located in MFCMAPI? I'm trying to hide this folder. It must be buried somewhere.
Favorites (that appear on top of the nav pane) is not an actual folder, but anyway, the location you are looking for is under Root -> Common view (open associated contents table to see them). You can toggle it off easily via Outlook - go to the View menu, Folder Pane, Favorites.
