Hide members in office 365 distribution list
How can i hide members in an office 365 distribution ? We don't want recipients to be able to see members of the distribution list when they expand the list. Is there any way this can be ach...
Only internal recipients can expand DLs. You can simply use a Dynamic DG, or a moderated DG in order to prevent the expansion. Another option is to limit this functionality in Outlook by using the DisableDLExpansion reg key. Read here for more info: https://www.slipstick.com/exchange/prevent-distribution-group-expansion/
When you send the email, you could put the DL in the CCN: field, instead of the TO: field.
