Group policy for Outlook 2016 to set default font
Hello,
I wanted to use a fixed font for Outlook, Outlook 365 Classic, and Outlook New applications. I defined the necessary values in the Registry Editor (see image below). In the Outlook environment, some users are on-premises and others are Office 365 users, working in a hybrid structure. On-premises users retrieve the font from the Registry Editor. For Office 365 users, I defined the font to be used with a code like `Exchange online set-defaultfont`. When on-premises users send a new message, forward, reply, or reply all, the font I specified appears. The situation is the same for Office 365 users, but for users with a 365 license who use Office Classic, the desired font appears when sending a new message, but Aptos or Calibri appears when replying, replying all, or forwarding. Has anyone encountered this problem?
