Graph API for Exchange Admin center

Hi people,
Is there any graph API for Exchange Admin center. For example I would like to disable the ActiveSync by graph REST API? Another example want to disable the Clutter feature with API? I am not able to get it on any online document. Appreciate any pointer on this. Thanks
